Dr Adorini completed degrees in Medical Science, Medicine, and Surgery at the University of Sydney. She then undertook specialist cardiology training at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, including cardiac transplantation, cardiac failure, and pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Dr Adorini has special interests in echocardiography, right heart catheterisation, pulmonary arterial hypertension and preventative cardiology.

Dr Adorini practices at Sydney Adventist Hospital and the Specialist Cardiology team at the San Clinic.

Dr Adorini is co-founder of Sydney Pulmonary Hypertension Specialists, a public PH clinic run out of Sydney Adventist Hospital and Macquarie University Hospital with close connections to PH clinics at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and St Vincent's Hospital.

Dr Adorini is fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand and a tutor for medical students of the University of Sydney.
