Meaghan Trudgett - Psychologist
Meaghan grew up in Orange, and has lived in Regional New South Wales her whole life. She studied at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst. She now has a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and Master in Clinical Psychology.
Meaghan has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a diverse range of settings, including youth drug and alcohol, corrective services, out of home care, New South Wales Health, primary and secondary school, and more recently, private practice.
Meaghan recognises that the most important part of treatment is the strength of the relationship between the therapist and the client. She aims to create a space where the client feels safe, respected, affirmed and understood.
There is so much Meaghan enjoys about being a Psychologist. She enjoys learning about the range of treatments and tools that help humans cope with all of the trials and challenges that life brings. She enjoys the privilege of hearing the client's unique story. She also enjoys assisting in the process of self awareness and self acceptance, and seeing clients reach their goals.
Meaghan provides both online and face to face counselling services.
