Moving to the country and welcoming new GPs

HOLY MOLY what a couple of weeks it has been. If you have been to Macquarie Health Collective over the past few weeks, or follow us on our social media accounts, you would know we have been not so patiently awaiting the arrival of our new GPs. As so many of you know, our region has long suffered from the shortage of GPs. We are regularly working on building the profile of our region, to encourage professionals to relocate, to see how wonderful it is here and to in turn provide accessible health care for you and your families.

In the last three weeks, we have welcomed Mike our General Manager, we relocated from Avalon Sydney. We have also welcomed Dr Jessica Arulrajah, Dr Yulia Bedretdinova, and Dr Kanwal Singh also from Sydney, as well and Emma Gascoigne from Oberon. It really lifts our spirits when people decide to relocate to our region and reinforces how important it is to continue spreading the word of how amazing Dubbo and surrounds really are!

In our newsletter we have introduced our new GPs that have started with us this week. We hope as time goes on, you are able to get to know them a bit and share with them your love for our region.

Over the next couple of weeks we are going to feature our new team members and pick their brains on how they are feeling about their move to Dubbo, what they want to see and do and how they are settling in. We are really looking forward to sharing this with you!
